What format is the video?

Mp4. With your permission, we will also list your video on Make Me A Melody’s youtube page as an “unlisted” video so that you can easily send a private link to any family members or friends.

When can I expect to receive my song?

Lullaby’s will be received within 2-4 weeks. Goal-Oriented Songs will be received within 3-4 weeks. Musical Heirlooms will be received within 4-6 weeks, unless upgraded to expedited services.

What can I expect in my 45-minute phone consultation?

We love engaging our parents in a phone conversation because it helps us get a true understanding of your child and the sentiments you want expressed in your song. There is no need to prepare for the phone call and there are no “right and wrong” answers to our questions. We will simply ask you questions about your child and take meticulous notes about what you say. You will receive these notes along with your recording for an added keepsake.

Can you make songs for other occasions such as a birthday gift for a grandparent, Mother’s Day/Father’s Day celebrations, etc?
